Year 3 Teacher

Are you an experienced Year 3 Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Coventry? We have an exciting job-share position available within a welcoming and supportive Key Stage 2 team, offering the chance to make a real impact while maintaining a great work/life balance.

You’ll take full teaching responsibility on your working days, including planning, delivering and marking lessons, while working closely with your job-share partner to provide consistency and continuity for the pupils.

Starting in September 2026 and running until July 2027, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school community and enjoy the stability of a longer-term placement.

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Marking pupils' work and providing constructive feedback
• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Working closely with your job-share partner to ensure continuity of learning
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management
• Following safeguarding and welfare policies at all times

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Lower KS2
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Recent experience working within a UK Primary School
• A commitment to creating a positive learning environment for all pupils
