Job Description

Flourish Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a GOOD rated First School in Droitwich.

 

This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a vibrant environment where you will have full class responsibilities including planning and marking for a Year 3 class. The school is 2 form entry, with shared planning alongside the other Year 3 class teacher, as well as SLT support.

 

This full-time role is due to start as soon as possible and continue on a long-term basis.

 

Job Role:

Full class responsibilities for teaching a Key Stage 2 (KS2) class

Planning and marking in line with the National Curriculum

Excellent behaviour management to maintain a positive classroom environment

Regular assessments and feedback to aid student progress

Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team

 

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience as a Primary Teacher with a focus on Key Stage 2 (KS2)

Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 Teacher

Excellent behaviour management skills

Ability to plan engaging lessons that support the development of all students

Ability to manage classroom resources effectively

 

Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:

£162 to £210 a day, which equates to £31,650 to £40,950 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
