This role is in a 2-form entry primary school, which will be starting in January for the full academic year. There will be shared planning with the other class teachers. ECT’s are encouraged to apply!

This Year 3 Teacher role will include:

  • Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
  • Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities

Required Skills and Experience for this Teacher role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Early Career Teacher (ECT) welcome to apply
  • Proven experience as a Primary Teacher or Class Teacher
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum, including Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
