Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher looking for a full-time role for the summer term?

A welcoming and supportive Primary School in Malvern is seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team from May through to the end of the academic year in July. This is a full-time Year 3 Teaching position, taking full responsibility for a Year 3 class, including planning, marking, and all teaching duties.

In this Year 3 Teacher role, you will deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum, supporting pupils as they continue their learning journey in lower Key Stage 2. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning while creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

This school is looking for a motivated, organised, and passionate Year 3 Teacher who can inspire pupils and ensure they make strong academic progress.

As a Year 3 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Taking full responsibility for the class, including marking and assessment.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and attending staff meetings where required.

To be successful in this Year 3 Teacher role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally lower KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A proactive, organised, and committed approach to teaching.
• Availability to work full-time from May until July.
