Flourish Education are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 3 Teacher to work at a Primary School in the Harborne area. This role is to start in April and will continue until the end of the academic year on a full-time basis.
You will take full class responsibility, including planning, preparation, marking and assessment, delivering engaging lessons that support pupils’ academic progress and development.

Responsibilities as a Year 3 Teacher:
· Full class teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation and marking
· Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
· Assessing, tracking and reporting on pupil progress
· Managing classroom behaviour effectively
· Working collaboratively with the Key Stage 2 team
· Following the school’s policies and procedures
Required Skills and Experience:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
· Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Lower KS2
· Strong curriculum knowledge
· Good behaviour management skills
· Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
· Commitment to high standards and pupil progress
