Flourish Education are recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher to join a Primary School in the Bartley Green area. This is a full-time Year 3 Class Teacher position, starting in September and continuing until July 2027.
The school is seeking a confident and committed Primary Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons that meet the expectations of the National Curriculum. This is a full class teaching role with full responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessment. PPA time will be provided.
The required skills and experience for this Teacher role:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
· Experience as a Primary Teacher or KS2 Class Teacher
· Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
· Confident teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
· Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
· Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
