Job Description

Flourish Education is recruiting for a Year 3 Class Teacher to join a Primary School located just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon.

The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, working closely with a Teaching Assistant, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils. Additional duties will include marking in line with school policy, attending staff meetings, supporting with playground duty, and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment that enables every child to thrive.

This is a full-time role, starting after half term and ongoing for the right person.
Required skills and experience for this Year 3 Class Teacher Role:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Primary curriculum
  • High expectations of pupil behaviour
  • The ability to plan and deliver lessons across different year groups.
  • To be able to work in partnership with class TA and other staff members.
  • To create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment

This Year 3 Class Teacher role is based just outside Stratford which is easily accessible from areas such as Wellesbourne, Alcester, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Welford-on-Avon and Lower Quinton.
