Year 3 Teacher

Flourish Education are currently recruiting a Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive two-form entry primary school in Wolverhampton, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, for a Year 3 Teacher position.

The school is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join its team on a maternity cover contract from September until Easter. Applications are encouraged from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with comprehensive support available for ECT induction.

The Year 3 Teacher Role:

• Full class teacher responsibilities including planning, preparation, and marking
• Deliver engaging, creative, and age-appropriate lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
• Support the progress and well-being of all pupils, including those with additional needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures both academic and personal development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Strong understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners

• Up to £232.57 per day, equivalent to £45,352 per annum, based on 5 days per week for a full school year. Dependent on experience.

This position is based in Wolverhampton, and is easily commutable from Newbridge, Perton, Bilston and Willenhall. The school offers a friendly environment, supportive staff, and onsite parking for employees.
