Flourish Education are working with a First School near Pershore and Evesham who are looking for a part-time Year 4 class teacher. The role is a job share on a 0.5 contract, 2.5 days per week. The school is located in a residential area and has a great community ethos.
Flourish Education are recruiting for a Key Stage 2 teacher to join the school on a temporary basis starting immediately. The role is currently a maternity cover until Easter 2020.
The position is part-time for a Year 4 class. The class is of mixed ability with some challenging behaviour and children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing teaching approach and be sympathetic to children with SEN. The candidate would be expected to plan, mark and assess as part of a class teaching role.
The role is starting after October half term and will continue until Easter 2020.
To apply to this role you will need the following
• Qualified Teacher Status, NQT’s are not considered.
• Experience working in a middle school environment is beneficial.
• Passion for teaching
• High expectations of behaviour
Responsibilities
• To plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons to a Year 4 Class.
• To mark and assess all work completed
• To effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
