Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a Good Ofsted-rated Primary School? We are recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher to cover maternity leave in a small primary school in Northfield. This role offers full Class Teacher responsibilities within Key Stage 2 (KS2) and is perfect for a dedicated educator seeking a supportive environment. This role would be starting ASAP and continuing for the full academic year.

As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Full Class Teacher responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessments.
  • Teaching Year 4 within Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Working collaboratively with other staff to support student development.
  • Ensuring high standards of teaching and learning in line with the national curriculum.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Primary Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a Primary School, ideally in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements.
  • Ability to inspire and engage young learners in a Primary School setting.
