Year 4 Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and confident Year 4 Teacher who can take on full classroom responsibilities within a Lower Key Stage 2 setting in a school located in Longbridge.  This role requires strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain high expectations for learning and conduct.

This Year 4 Teacher role is due to start ASAP until the end of the academic year.

As a Lower KS2 Teacher – Year 4, you will be responsible for:
• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Marking work and providing clear, constructive feedback
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and consistently
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare policies are strictly followed

Required Skills and Experience needed as a Lower KS2 Teacher – Year 4:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Lower Key Stage 2
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Proven behaviour management skills
• Recent experience working within a UK Primary School
