Flourish Education are seeking an experienced Year 4 Teacher to join a 'Good' rated Primary School in Frankley. This school is a lively 2-form entry primary school with a well-established staff team.
Our client would be looking for a Year 4 Teacher to undertake a full class Teaching role, including taking on planning, preparing and delivering lessons, and marking and assessing pupil's progress. This is a full-time, long-term role, starting in May and continuing for the full academic year, and is potentially ongoing to the new academic year.
This role is covering a maternity leave and will have a handover period in May.
As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching a Year 4 class, covering all aspects of the National Curriculum.
- Planning, preparing resources, and delivering engaging lessons.
- Marking and assessing pupils' progress effectively.
- Attending staff meetings and parents' evenings.
- Managing the classroom with excellent behaviour management skills.
- Ensuring the wellbeing and development of all pupils.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Working as a Year 4 Teacher with Flourish Education offers you:
- Pay: £162.31 - £223.63 per day, equating to £31,650 to £43,607 per annum based on full-time work.
