This Year 4 Teacher will include:
- Full class responsibilities, including planning and marking for Year 4.
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Maintain excellent behaviour management, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to enhance student progress.
- Monitor and assess student development in line with Key Stage 2 (KS2) requirements.
- Participate in school events and activities, fostering a strong school community.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teacher Role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) with experience in KS2.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum, particularly in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Excellent behaviour management skills, creating a safe and productive classroom.
- Proven track record as a Primary Teacher with experience in Reception, EYFS, or Key Stage 1 (KS1) is advantageous.
- Ability to work as a Class Teacher, contributing to the overall success of the primary school.
