Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting a Year 4 Class Teacher to work on a full-time basis in a one-form entry, recently rated ‘GOOD’ by OFSTED school, based in the Willenhall area.

As a year 4 Teacher in this school, experience would be desired but is not a necessity and applications are welcomed from ECT’s and experienced teachers.

At our client’s school, you will be expected to plan and deliver lessons, in a creative and engaging manner, work alongside the teaching assistant, safeguard all students, mark student’s work in line with the school policy, attend staff meetings and take part in the playground duty rota and create a positive learning environment.

Our client boasts giving each child the best possible start to their education and regularly invite parents into school to take an active role within school life and within the school community.

This Year 4 Class Teacher role is due to start in September and is expected to continue until the end of the year (July 2025), with the potential of the role becoming permanent.

To apply for this Year 4 Teacher role, you will need:

  • Experience in teaching either KS1 or KS2
  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement
