Year 4 Teacher

We are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming two-form entry Primary School based in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton. The school has been rated Good by Ofsted and is recognised for its strong community values, supportive staff culture, and commitment to providing high-quality education for all pupils.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for a Year 4 class of motivated learners who enjoy coming to school each day. You will be supported by a parallel class teacher and a skilled Teaching Assistant, ensuring you have a strong network of support to share planning ideas and resources.
This role would suit a confident and committed KS2 practitioner with excellent classroom management skills and a passion for delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
The Year 4 Teacher Role:

• Full class teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation, and assessment
• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs
• Work collaboratively with your year group partner and support staff
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to plan creative and differentiated lessons that challenge and support all learners

• £168.80 to £232.57 per day, equivalent to £32,916 to £45,352 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
