Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 2 position?
Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 6 class at a one-form-entry primary school based in Lichfield.
Our client is looking to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work on a part-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible and continuing until March 2027. The working days will be Monday to Wednesday, from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.
You will be responsible for planning, assessing and marking pupils’ work in line with the school’s policies. You will also be expected to deliver engaging and creative lessons and work alongside a Teaching Assistant on the days you are working.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced teachers.
Required Skills and Experience
To be considered for this Primary Teacher role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have good curriculum knowledge of Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Have experience working in a nursery or primary school setting.
- Have recent UK school-based experience.
- Hold a DBS on the Update Service, or have a DBS certificate that was issued within the last 12 months.
- Be able to provide a minimum of two strong references.

The school is based in Lichfield and has good transport links from surrounding areas, including Hammerwich, Shenstone and Rileyhill. On-site parking is also available for those travelling by car.
