Are you an experienced and adaptable Primary Teacher looking for a part-time opportunity this term?

Flourish Education are working in partnership with a welcoming Primary School near central Malvern, who are seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their team from the Easter holidays until the end of the academic year.

This PPA Teacher role will be on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week and covering classes across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. It is ideally suited to an experienced teacher who is confident delivering lessons across different year groups and able to adapt quickly to different classroom environments.

As a PPA Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 to cover teachers’ PPA time.

  • Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of different classes and year groups.

  • Differentiating work appropriately to support pupils of varying abilities.

  • Maintaining strong classroom and behaviour management across a range of settings.

  • Ensuring continuity of learning and keeping pupils engaged during teacher absence.

  • Providing brief feedback to class teachers following lessons.

  • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across the school.


Required Skills and Experience for this PPA Teacher role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Experience teaching within UK Primary Schools.

  • Confidence delivering lessons across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

  • The ability to adapt quickly and manage different classroom environments effectively.

  • Strong behaviour management and organisational skills.

  • A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.

  • A DBS on the Update Service or issued within the last 12 months.

  • A minimum of two excellent references.

This PPA Teacher role is based in Malvern and is easily accessible from Great Malvern, Malvern Link, Barnards Green and the surrounding areas. For those travelling by car, on-site parking is available.
