Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 2 position?

Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 6 class in a one-form entry primary school based in Rugeley.

Our client is seeking to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work on a full-time, long-term basis from May 2026 until the end of the academic year in July 2026.

You will be expected, but not limited, to plan, assess, and mark students’ work in line with the school’s policies, deliver engaging and creative lessons, and work alongside a Teaching Assistant.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced teachers. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 4:30pm.

Required skills and experience for this Primary Teacher role:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Confidence in leading a classroom
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a Teaching Assistant
