Flourish Education is searching for an experienced year 6 Primary Teacher with a good understanding of SATS, assessments, and in-depth curriculum knowledge, to lead a one-form entry Year 6 class throughout the academic year.

This is a fixed contract working Monday – Friday, starting from the new term in January at a Primary School in Wolverhampton, near lower Penn. This role is from January until the end of the academic year, with a potential opportunity to extend into the new school year. ECTs are encouraged to apply for this role

Requirements for this Year 6 Teacher role:

-          Holds valid Qualified Teacher Status

-          Early Careers Teachers (ECT) are also encouraged to apply for consideration

-          A nurturing and committed approach to teaching

-          Offers excellent behaviour and classroom management skills

-          Understand of SATS and how to lead assessment-led lessons

-          In-depth knowledge of KS2 curriculum

-          DBS available on updated service or issued within the last 12 months

-          Minimum of 2 strong references available
