Search jobsOur client, a popular large Primary school in Wednesbury is looking to recruit a Year 5 teacher from January to cover maternity leave. This is a full time, whole class teacher role that will involve planning. It is expected to last until the end of the academic year. There is the potential for the role to begin earlier, on 30th November.
The school was graded as ‘Good’ in its last Ofsted and prides itself on creating an inclusive environment for all staff and pupils. The number of children that qualify for pupil premium funding is well above the national average as is the number of children requiring school action SEN provision.
The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching in KS2, particularly in Year 5. Good behaviour management is essential as is a proven track record of improving attainment. You will plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons, catering for all levels of ability.
Applications from experienced teachers and NQT’s are welcomed. You must have QTS in order to apply for this post.
