I love supporting teachers, teaching assistants and support staff throughout their journey with Flourish Education. Starting a new role or joining an agency can feel like a big step, so I enjoy being someone candidates can speak to, ask questions and rely on. For me, candidate care is all about making sure every educator feels listened to, supported and confident from registration through to their first day in school and beyond.

Before joining Flourish Education, I worked as a PE Teacher, so I understand first-hand how busy and rewarding school life can be. I have also been involved in recruitment in a previous role which gave me a real insight into how important it is to find the right person for the right role. Moving into education recruitment has allowed me to combine my school experience with my passion for helping people and I really enjoy supporting educators as they take the next step in their career.

Outside of work, I am a big rugby fan and love keeping up with the sport whenever I can. I also enjoy spending time with my dog, Belle, who definitely keeps me busy.
