With previous education recruitment experience, I understand the importance of good placements for candidates and clients alike which is underpinned by forming strong relationships with both the primary schools whom I work with and the teaching and support staff who I place. Prior to recruitment, I worked in the restaurant industry which transferrers well into providing great service in a busy environment!
