I'm passionate about helping teaching professionals find roles that truly value their skills and allow them to achieve the perfect work-life balance. I know how important it is to feel appreciated in your role, and I love being able to connect dedicated teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff with schools where they can make a real difference.

Before joining Flourish Education, I worked as a supervisor at Starbucks, where I honed my customer service and people skills. Recruitment and education were completely new to me at the time, but after researching Flourish Education (and checking out their TikTok!), I knew this was the right company for me. I take great pride in understanding my candidates inside and out, ensuring I can provide the highest level of service.

Outside of work, I’m a huge people person. You’ll often find me singing my heart out to ABBA on a karaoke machine or enjoying a BBQ with friends and family - weather permitting, of course! Building strong relationships is important to me both in and out of the workplace, and I bring that same energy and enthusiasm to my role every day.
