My role at Flourish Education is all about helping our educators move through the recruitment and compliance process as smoothly as possible. Starting a new role should be exciting and I’m here to make the compliance side feel straightforward and supportive while making sure every important check is completed thoroughly.

Before joining Flourish Education, I worked in compliance within the medical sector which gave me valuable experience in an environment where getting the details right really matters. I’ve brought that experience into education where compliance plays an incredibly important role. The teachers, teaching assistants and support staff we work with will be working with children and young people so making sure every educator is properly vetted before entering a school is something I take seriously.

I enjoy being there to guide candidates through the process, answer their questions and help keep everything moving so they can get cleared and ready for work without unnecessary delays.

Outside of work, I love to cook. Whether I’m trying something new or making an old favourite, spending time in the kitchen is one of my favourite ways to switch off and enjoy myself.
