For our clients, that means understanding their needs and ensuring they get the most out of working with us. For our candidates, it’s about supporting them throughout their journey and helping them find roles they genuinely love.

I have worked in education recruitment for over 15 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience across the sector. Having worked extensively across the North, I have a strong understanding of the challenges schools and education professionals face. As Chief Growth Officer, I use this experience to strengthen our client and candidate journeys and help drive the continued growth of Flourish Education.

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me reading a good book or spending quality time with my family.
