Every term, we invite schools and academies across the West Midlands and surrounding regions to nominate standout members of our team who have gone above and beyond in their roles.
These nominations offer a powerful glimpse into the meaningful work our educators do every day and choosing just a few Champions is never easy. After receiving an inspiring number of heartfelt nominations once again, we are thrilled to introduce our Flourish Champions of the Autumn Term:

Debbie
"Debbie has been with us on long-term supply since February and has become a much-liked member of our team." – Primary School, Worcestershire
Debbie’s consistency, reliability and warm approach have made her a valued part of the school community she supports. Her positive presence in the classroom and the relationships she has built with staff and pupils have not gone unnoticed.
Unfortunately, Debbie was in class when we surprised her, so we were unable to get a photo of her receiving her gifts, as there were children all around her.
Natasha

Natasha’s kind nature and excellent rapport with pupils have stood out in every placement. Her approachable and friendly manner helps children feel safe and supported, and she consistently brings positivity into the classroom.
Sheila

Sheila’s natural ability to build trust and provide a nurturing environment has made a real impact in her setting. From day one, she demonstrated genuine warmth and commitment to the children in her care, quickly becoming a valued team member.
