Celebrating our Flourish Champions of the Summer Term

At Flourish Education, we are incredibly proud of the talented teachers and teaching assistants who make a positive difference in the schools they support every single day.

Each term, we invite the schools we work with to nominate members of our team who have gone above and beyond for their pupils, colleagues and school communities. These nominations celebrate the commitment, passion and professionalism that our Flourish Champions demonstrate every day.

This summer, we are delighted to recognise three outstanding individuals who have received exceptional feedback from the schools they support. Congratulations to our Flourish Champions of the Summer Term:

Emily, Zaynab and Aretha

Emily*

Emily has become an integral part of her school community through her dedication, reliability and positive attitude. By fully immersing herself in school life, she has built fantastic relationships with both pupils and colleagues, making a lasting impact every day. Zaynab*

"Zaynab has been working with us this term as a TA in Nursery and has been willing to extend her time due to a colleague unable to return to work. The Nursery girls love her, and she has been flexible and accommodating throughout." – Partner Primary School

Zaynab has shown outstanding flexibility and commitment throughout her placement. When her school needed additional support, she willingly extended her assignment, ensuring continuity for both staff and pupils. Her caring approach has made her a favourite with the Nursery children and her willingness to go the extra mile has been greatly appreciated by the entire school team.

Aretha*

"Aretha is a star teacher who is able to step into the classroom and take charge, ensuring the children are looked after and also educated to a high standard. She is confident, engaging and a breath of fresh air. When Aretha comes into the classroom, we know the children are in safe hands. Aretha consistently demonstrates the qualities of an exceptional teacher. She confidently takes charge of the classroom, creates engaging learning experiences and quickly builds positive relationships with pupils and staff alike. Her enthusiasm, professionalism and ability to maintain high standards ensure that every class is in safe hands. Aretha's energy and passion for teaching have made a lasting impression on the school she supports.
