Flourish Education has provided teachers and support staff to us for a number of years. Richard our consultant, works hard to match the right candidate for our school's specific needs. They have been able to provide teachers on a long-term placement in addition to specialist support staff. They are also available early on each day for last minute cover. Your team have always been efficient in supplying us with supply staff when needed...even at the drop of a hat!
It can be trial and error getting the perfect supply as our school require very experienced SEN staff but Flourish always manage to deliver.
