Candidate Care Consultant - Birmingham Secondary 

I have recently joined Flourish Education as a Candidate Care Consultant for our Secondary School Team. I know first-hand what it is like to work as a Supply Teacher and I am looking forward to using my experience to help support Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Support Staff find their perfect role.

I feel like this role has brought me full circle, as I used to work at Flourish as a Supply Teacher (Grant actually placed me into a temp to perm teaching role many years ago!) and although I no longer teach, I still have a passion for education.

Since leaving the teaching profession, I have worked for several years in compliance based roles both in the education and social care sector and I am looking forward to applying my knowledge of Safeguarding and Compliance to further support Teachers and Support staff through their recruitment process.

When I am not at work you can find me discovering new spas or shopping in Birmingham with my friends.
