With a passion for inclusive education, your consultant takes the time to understand your provision’s individual needs, behavioural policies and pupil profiles. They work closely with you to ensure any candidate placed in your setting is resilient, well-matched and confident working in complex learning environments.
Your SEN Consultant is available 7 days a week and offers a hands-on, relationship-led service – regularly visiting settings to better understand staffing needs and provide ongoing support.
