Primary School Recruitment Consultant - Herefordshire

I’m proud to be supporting primary schools across Herefordshire and Malvern as part of the Flourish Education team. While I’m new to the education sector, I bring a strong understanding of schools from a parent’s perspective and a genuine passion for helping others. I’m excited to build long-lasting relationships with local schools and connect them with dedicated teaching staff who can make a real difference in the classroom.

Before joining Flourish Education, I worked in recruitment within the HGV sector. I enjoyed the fast pace and building relationships, but I wanted a role with more purpose and variety, and education has definitely delivered! I’m looking forward to getting to know the local schools and candidates and doing everything I can to make the perfect match.

Outside of work, I’m always up for a boogie with my friends – I love music, dancing, and making memories. I’m sociable by nature, so don’t be surprised if I pick up the phone just to check in and see how things are going!
