As a Compliance Administrator at Flourish Education, I help our educators through each stage of the recruitment process so they can get ready for work as smoothly as possible. There can be quite a few checks and documents involved when registering with an education recruitment agency so I’m here to make the process clear, keep things moving and support candidates along the way.

Before joining Flourish Education, I worked in internal recruitment which gave me a great understanding of the candidate journey and the importance of creating a positive experience from the very beginning. I now bring that experience to compliance, combining candidate care with the attention to detail needed to make sure our educators are thoroughly vetted before they go into schools.

Safeguarding is at the heart of what we do. While we want to get candidates cleared and ready for work efficiently, it’s essential that the right checks are completed properly because ultimately we’re helping to ensure the safety of the children and young people in the schools we support.

When I’m not at work, I love to relax and enjoy some well-earned downtime. I’m a big believer in taking the opportunity to recharge whenever I can.
