I’m passionate about helping our teachers, teaching assistants, and school support staff get into work quickly and with confidence. My role is all about making the compliance process as smooth and straightforward as possible, ensuring every candidate is fully supported from start to finish. By staying organised and proactive, I help schools welcome trusted professionals who are ready to make a positive impact straight away.

Before joining Flourish Education, I worked as a Student Advisor and also gained valuable compliance experience in other sectors. These roles taught me the importance of balancing efficiency with accuracy — a skill I now bring to every aspect of my work. From verifying documents to completing safeguarding checks, I take pride in ensuring every candidate meets the highest standards before starting their new role.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me planning my next trip or spending time with my family and friends — I love exploring new places and catching up over good food.
