Training

Whether you are new to recruitment or have years of experience, all new starters undertake comprehensive training to ensure they recruit “the Flourish way”.

This training is then tailored to individual needs based on their experience and their career pathway. Every new starter receives a 100 day plan and is thoroughly supported through the probationary period.
