Flourish Education are recruiting a School Administrator to work at an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Primary school located in Coventry. The Primary school is 3 form entry with a nursery and an enhanced resource provision. The school is a tight knit community looking for someone to join and enhance the team.

Our client requires a School Administrator to support in the front office and are looking for someone who can provide effective general receptionist duties. The ideal School Administrator would be someone with previous experience of working in a school, have strong IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office and the knowledge and experience of using Bromcom.

This School Administrator role is to start ASAP working Monday – Friday 08.30am – 15:45pm and is expected to continue until the end of the current school year.

Required Skills and Experience for this School Administrator role:

  • Previous experience working in an administrator or receptionist role within a school
  • Strong IT Skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office
  • A clear understanding of school data systems, school policies and procedures
  • A clear understanding of the principles of Data Protection
  • Experience using Bromcom is desirable.
