We are delighted to announce the appointment of Josh Bailey as our new Head of Finance and Operations. This is a newly created role at Flourish Education and has been created to help support the long term growth plans for the business.

Commenting on Josh’s appointment, Grant Taylor, Managing Director of Flourish Education said: “I’m super pleased that Josh Bailey has returned to Flourish Education as the Head of Finance and Operations.  Josh worked for us some time ago as a Management Accountant but moved on because as a company, at that time, we could not support his development.” 

“Since then, Josh has qualified as a CIMA qualified accountant and has worked at some large organisations in senior management roles and brings that experience to the newly created role here at Flourish Education. I always think it's brilliant when we have former talent come back into the business. In the case of Josh, we have grown as a business, and he has been able to develop within larger companies and gain experience that we would not have been able to give him at that time.”
