Search jobsFlourish Education are seeking to recruit a Class Teacher with experience of teaching children with Autism from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4 for a school in Staffordshire.
This is a school for children with Autism and they cater for children from 5 – 19 years old. This is a reputable independent residential school that delivers outstanding education and care services for their children. This teacher will be teaching the upper key stages and so you will be required to plan lessons to match the curriculum. Due to the nature of the children within the school, experience of working with children with Autism will be necessary due to the challenging behaviour these children may present.
They seek a teacher who will demonstrate a passion for students with Autism, have the ability to inspire students and have an awareness of the demands that teaching children with Autism may incur across key stages 3 and 4. You will either be QTS or NQT with qualifications so as to be able to teach students with Autism in school.
