Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a highly regarded infant school located in Walsall.

The successful individual will be joining a class in KS1 based on the school's need. You will have the opportunity to progress further through the instruction of an outstanding mentor .

This school is a 2-form entry infant school situated in a residential area serving the immediate area. The school also attracts families from outside the locality  and is easily accessible for all forms of public transport. The school has a good reputation with a real community feel.

In its most recent Ofsted report the school was graded as “OUTSTANDING” it was stated the behaviour of pupils is outstanding. Their attitudes to learning are highly positive and they are curious and enjoy learning new things.

To be successful in your application you must be a confident NQT who has a demonstrable a "good" track record of teaching.  The school are keen to recruit a teacher a passionate individual  to inspiration and motivate a future generation

Responsibilities

As a KS1 teacher you will be expected and required to:

• Developing and implementing lessons and work schemes.
• Plan, prepare and teach exciting, challenging and engaging lessons
• Assess and record learning carried out by pupils
• Evaluate attainment and progression of pupils;
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with the school behaviour policy
