A supportive primary School in the Worcester area are looking for a Teaching Assistant able to work with them on a full time basis in KS1, support needed across Year 1 and Year 2.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be someone who:

• Has a minimum of a level 3 supporting teaching and learning qualification or equivalent.
• Is experienced in providing second-to-none support in EYFS settings
• Is a strong communicator to young children
• Can liaise effectively with both parents and staff
• Has a dynamic and creative approach to their support
• Can competently uphold the schools regulations in and out of the classroom
• Has excellent behaviour management strategies
