Flourish Education working with a lively Primary School located in the Edgbaston area of Birmingham.

Flourish Education are recruiting for a qualified Primary Teacher to work in the Early Year’s department based in the schools Nursery. The Early Years Teacher will be required to join the school on a long-term basis for the academic year.

The role has the opportunity to turn into a permanent position for the right person. We are looking for a primary teacher that lives and breathes Nursery!

The Nursery Teacher role will start ASAP.

To apply to this role, you will need the following

• Qualified Teacher Status, NQT’s are encouraged to apply. Early Years Teacher status also considered.
• Experience working in and/or leading in Nursery
• High expectations of behaviour
• Experience of child-led open nurseries

Responsibilities

• To deliver creative and engaging lessons to the Early Years class
• To work in partnership with Nursery staff
• To effectively manage the behaviour of children
• Keeping learning flowing in a child-initiated environment
