Flourish Education are currently working with a local First School in the suburbs of Redditch who are looking for an Early Years Teacher to teach a Reception class three days per week as a job share. The role is to start as soon as possible and continue for the rest of the academic year.

The school is a large, three form entry first school located outside the Redditch town centre. The school has maintained a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating over the last two inspections.

To apply to this role, you will need the following

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience within Early Years is essential
• To be committed to long term work
• Good primary maths knowledge would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• To plan, prepare and deliver inspiring lessons
• To assess and mark all work
• Maintain high levels of behaviour and classroom management in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy
