Flourish Education are looking to recruit a superb year 1 teacher to work full time at a lovely single form entry primary school in Rugby until February 2016 to cover maternity.

We are looking for an experienced and committed teacher to teach a nice class of year 1 children at a school that was rated ‘good’ by OFSTED in their last inspection. Experience of teaching Read, Write Inc and Big Maths would be an advantage.

The school’s main priority is to recruit an outstanding teacher in the Rugby area who has high expectations, good behaviour management techniques, and can form very good relationships with the children, staff and parents alike. The successful teacher will be expected to work full time, term time only and would be required to conduct year 1 assessments, reports and attend parent’s evenings.

Candidates must:

•Be a Qualified/Newly qualified Teacher (ideally PGCE, GTP,Bed, BA with QTS Status
•Have teaching experience in the UK for a minimum of 6 months
•Be a UK resident or eligible to work in the UK
•Have an up to date DBS
•Be creative and innovative
•Have the ability to encourage students to reach their full potential
