We have gained 100% in our APSCo Audit for the third year running!

We are extremely proud to announce, that for the third year running, we have gained 100% in our APSCo compliance plus audit!

This is a huge accomplishment for us. APSCo’s Compliance+ is an uncompromising quality benchmark for education recruitment agencies, which goes beyond statutory safeguarding standards and aims for excellence in competency selections and service quality.

We are one of only a handful of agencies in the West Midlands to have received 100% in their most recent Compliance+ Audit, showing how seriously we take compliance and that schools and candidates alike can have the upmost trust in our recruitment and compliance process.

Although this is a huge accomplishment for the whole team, it’s only right that we give a special shout out to Toni Pike - our Compliance & HR Manager for always holding us accountable and ensuring that our safeguarding and compliance processes are never faltering. What is APSCo Compliance+?

APSCo Compliance+ is a set of best practice requirements for temporary and permanent recruitment agencies in the education sector, which has been designed with Ofsted criteria in mind, and goes beyond the statutory requirements. Recruitment businesses are audited to these best practice requirements at least once a year by an independent professional. The accreditation is designed to help safeguard and improve outcomes for all children and is recognised by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) whom we are also a named supplier of.

Flourish Education have been building strong relationships with schools and top teaching talent since 2010; supplying teachers, teaching assistants and non-teaching staff into primary schools, secondary schools and academies across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region.

We recognise that every school has their own unique culture, community and specific recruitment challenges and by understanding the needs of the schools that we work with and getting to know our candidates, we are able to match the right candidate to the right school.
