I work hard to get our Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support staff through our compliance process as quickly as possible whilst ensuring they have passed all of our comprehensive safeguarding and compliance checks. 

When I joined Flourish Education, I had no previous experience within education or recruitment but I do have a keen eye for detail and a background in operations, so when I saw the Compliance Administration role advertised, the role seemed to be a perfect fit for me.

I am really impressed with the rigorous safeguarding and compliance checks that all of our Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Non Teaching Staff go through when registering with us and as a mum, I am really proud to be working for a company that goes above and beyond the statutory safeguarding standards for recruiting within the education sector.

When I am not at work, you can find me spending time with my family or figure skating at the local ice rink.
