Every one gets on well in the team at Flourish Education, it is a really positive environment. It may sound a bit corny but it is like the 'Flourish Education Family'. My role in the office is split in two. Half of of the time, I am running my own desk during the week where I recruit for primary schools. That time is actually spent speaking to schools, sourcing candidates, teachers and non-teaching staff. The other part of my role as Branch Manager is for supporting and nurturing members of my team. This is to ensure that they can reach their full potential and do their best as education recruiters.
I started at Flourish Education in February 2014. I am currently the Birmingham Branch Manager and I also recruit for Primary Schools within South Birmingham.
I am motivated when I feel like I am doing a good job and recognised for hard work. Flourish is excellent at this and our Directors, Louise and Grant, are always recognising and showing their appreciation towards their staff.
It is a family run education recruitment agency and everyone gets on really well. We are all part of the 'Flourish Family' together.
I have exclusive relationships with schools in South Birmingham and the connections I have are always growing. We talk to the schools for you.
South Birmingham Primary Schools - teachers and non teaching staff.
I would advise people to never judge, always go and try things for themselves. Go the extra mile and this will always be recognised.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like to work hard so I can go on nice holidays.
