I’ve recently started working with Flourish, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. From the very first conversation, the team have been professional, welcoming, and really proactive in finding roles that suit my preferences. Richard and my consultant, Hayley, have been brilliant — always approachable and quick to respond. They’ve taken the time to understand what I’m looking for, including how far I’m willing to travel, which has made such a difference. It’s clear that they really value their staff and want the best for them. I’ve felt supported every step of the way and would definitely recommend Flourish to anyone thinking about doing TA work.

Following a series of unsuccessful applications and interviews for various teaching posts, I made contact with Flourish Education. I didn’t know what to expect initially but I can honestly say that there has been nothing negative about my experiences in the time I’ve been with them.

After making contact, Miah was incredibly proactive in keeping in contact with me. She called me the day after I enquired with them (if I recall correctly) and ever since then has continued to offer support during the application process for Flourish. Likewise, Hayley was incredibly supportive during the more formal side of the application, ensuring that I was providing all the correct details as soon as I could get them across. It’s been clear from the start that they are fully committed and incredibly professional in getting people back into work as soon as possible.

After being assigned to Glenn, my local manager, he was able to provide me with a post which aligns brilliantly with both my long term career interests and circumstances regarding my current progression in my teaching career. It’s clear that Glenn and the team are incredibly committed to optimising the best opportunities for those seeking support in getting into work. My current post is a teaching assistant post, due to the availability of teaching posts when I joined Flourish. However, all the messages I’m receiving across the board from Flourish make me feel incredibly confident that when teaching posts begin to appear again, Flourish will work their hardest to ensure they can help find the best option possible based on my interests and needs. Likewise, if there are no teaching posts available at any point in the future, my experiences with Flourish so far mean I have full trust that they will continue to find the best opportunities possible for me (as I would imagine is the same for everyone else signed up with them.)

I can’t recommend Flourish enough. They are with you every step of the way and don’t just want the best for you but work incredibly hard to ensure they can get the best for you.

I’ve worked for Flourish for the past 7 months. Not a day has passed that Richard and Glenn haven’t found me work. Communication has been great. The onboarding process was thorough, and support was provided on how to submit timesheets and book work via the app. It’s been lovely to meet other Flourish colleagues in schools too. From my first contact with Flourish and all the way through my employment, I found the company, and in particular my consultant Richard, to be very professional, yet personal and supportive. I received a quick response to my initial enquiry, was signed up quickly and offered a long-term assignment while other agencies were still trying to complete onboarding checks.

Richard assured me that he would find me a long-term placement within a week of all of my checks being complete, and he was good to his word. I received regular check-ins to ensure I was happy, and so did the school I worked at.
