Since working with Courtney, she has been an absolutely incredible support and has always gone above and beyond to ensure I find the work which suits my role and needs. Fraser has been an exemplary school’s advisor for supply for us. He is always available – by phone or email, he is quick and efficient and keeps us up to date with everything he is doing for us. He will do his best to meet our supply needs as quickly as possible – usually on the day, and as he has got to know the school and our needs, he is very good at matching supply staff to suit our requirements. He has also managed to secure for us, excellent long term staff appointments that have been effective and hard working.
Fraser is very personable, he is engaging and incredibly polite and supportive. He builds relationships with his schools – he is as well known by my Admin staff and SLT as he is to me.

Your team have always been efficient in supplying us with supply staff when needed...even at the drop of a hat!
It can be trial and error getting the perfect supply as our school require very experienced SEN staff but Flourish always manage to deliver.
