I’m super passionate about great talent, employer brand, employee engagement and retention.

My goal is to guide Flourish on our positioning, attraction, and retention and to ensure we are an employer of choice.

I have worked in recruitment for the last 13 years and I still love it. It’s in my bones!

Throughout my recruitment career I have consulted on and advised a whole range of businesses around their employer brand and employee value proposition. Having the opportunity to drive that in house at Flourish is super exciting!

We already have a great culture here and a fab team but our focus on continuous improvement, means that I have the opportunity to refine that and to look at new ways to develop, grow and support our team both professionally and personally.

When I’m not working you can find me spending time with my 7-year-old little boy. He’s animal mad so you’ll often find us at some kind of zoo or animal sanctuary.

I also sew and I love it. It’s my happy place! I am a self-confessed fabric addict (Liberty fabrics are my favourite). I absolutely love creating pretty things for little people and have a particular passion for creating whimsical children’s clothing and dress up. I’m pretty handy at roman blinds and cushions too.
