Senior Branch Manager

I am the Senior Branch Manager for Flourish Education as well as managing the Black Country Primary Team. With over 15 years in recruitment and the last 8 working at Flourish Education, my passion for supporting teachers and schools has always been at the forefront of my decision making and I love to grow and nurture this passion in the recruitment consultants that I manage.

As well as working at Flourish Education, I am also the Safeguarding Governor for a local primary school. I work closely with the school to ensure their safeguarding policies are effective and that safer recruitment practices are in place within the school.  

When I’m not working you can find me scaling mountains, at the gym or eating copious amounts of peanut butter and pizza!
