Intervention teacher, 5 days/week (afternoons only) – Year 6
One-form entry school base in Coseley

Flourish Education is working with a one form entry school based in Coseley, they are part of a successful academy group that see everyone in the school and the community as family. The school are committed to improving the outcomes for their children and they are achieving this by providing high quality teaching. The school are keen to encourage reading with all children as this enable them to access the whole curriculum and excel. The school we are working with are currently recruiting for an intervention teacher to join their KS2 team.
The intervention teacher role the school are looking to recruit for is to work with their Year 6 pupils, this will be working mainly in small groups but may include some 1:1 and whole class teaching at times. They are looking for an intervention teacher to start as soon as possible and continue up to Easter in the first instance. The ideal intervention teacher is going to be someone with previous Year 6 experience, but they would consider someone with a solid Year 4 or Year 5 background.
Ideally, the school are looking for a candidate who is able to work every afternoon on Monday to Friday.
