Flourish Education are working with a mainstream primary school in Rowley Regis, in in Sandwell, to recruit exclusively for a lunchtime supervisor

The successful lunchtime supervisor will be required to work within a supportive the team, assisting and engaging with pupils of all year groups from Nursery to Year 6 during the busy lunchtime period, this would include assisting pupils using cutlery, table manners, etiquette and playground duties which would involve organising, assisting, and playing games and activities with pupils.

The role is required to start ASAP

To apply for this lunchtime supervisor role you will need the following

• Relevant Level 2 qualification or above
• Experience within Primary Schools
• A good reference from your most recent school
• Good behaviour management

Responsibilities of a lunchtime supervisor

• Support the children during lunchtime
• To effectively manage the behaviour and routines of the children
• Encourage children’s development
